Entire staff is top notch and made our day on the water memorable

Our children purchased a pontoon boat rental for us as an anniversary gift. We had a wonderful time and the staff at Silver Lake Marine was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The boat was luxurious and provided us a great experience as we toured the lake several times and relived great memories from our past.

I have purchased three boats from SLM all great boats and great service. Last year my pontoon boat was T-boned by a Jet Ski, no injuries except the Starboard pontoon, it had to be replaced. The guys worked tirelessly to find a pontoon to match, well they did and we cant be happier, Thanks to the whole SLM team for a job greatly done.

We had an upgrade scheduled for our 2100 Raptor adding a 15hp kicker motor & Side Imaging Sonar unit. Logistics is a huge part of us doing business with SLM as we have a 3 hour, one way drive to their shop. When their service department developed last minute schedule issues, a member of the management team stepped up to the plate, returning to "the tools" and ensured our install was completed properly & on time. There's not a lot of business' today willing to make this type of sacrifice.

We had been looking for a crestliner 2250 authority for weeks, We called around and was very disappointed, especially in the mannerism of other marinas. I want to share my experience with Silver lake marine, I had an issue with my pontoon boat and stopped over to see what they be able to do for me. They dispatched their service boat between calls on a busy morning to my dock to quickly rectify a simple issue. They saved the day for us as I had grandchildren ready to tube. I cannot say how great their customer service is! I bought a used boat from them before last season from Sam and from the first conversation to the last I was treated no different than if I bought the most expensive boat on the lot. They are in business not because they are the only one on the lake it is because they provide first class customer service and they listen to your needs and sell you what you want. Even getting gas all of their employees are friendly and do everything they can to make your experience the best it can be. We have valued the owners and staff of the Silver Lake Marine for years! Jane, and now Quinn, and other staff have treated us with warmth and friendship as well as professionalism and fairness. Our son and grandson were visiting us at the lake for just 2 days, when our boat wouldn't start. Quinn and Bruce were at our door, arriving to fix our boat! Within a very short time they determined and fixed our problem! What dedication to customers to actually come to our home on a holiday morning. We were so very humbled and grateful that now our boat could be driven and enjoyed by our son and grandson. (PS As we went down the lake, we noticed they had pulled up to another cottage, probably to look at their boat as well. Later in the day our boat again did not start, so Bruce is coming to our dock to replace a part or figure out what's wrong.)

I had my boat stored at Silver Lake marine last winter, and brought it home in May. After I got home with the boat, I noticed that both sides of the rub rails were marred up. I know it wasn't like that when I took it to them last fall. I called Quinn and explained what had happened. Quinn bent over backwards to help me correct the problem. I'm just not used to getting such great co-operation. I work at a car dealership, so I know that customer service is one of the most important traits to have to be successful. I rate Quinn and his crew, a 10 out of 10, for customer service. I recommend then to anyone looking for a boat or getting your boat serviced.

Just picked up our 1st Crestliner from SLM, hope the boat turns out as good as the brand reputation. My wife and I went to the Rochester Boat show 2 years ago as we were interested in researching pontoon boats. We were "rookies" but had been doing a bit of research. The first dealer we talked to was Quinn Bellamy (Silver Lake Marine. Quinn was most helpful in answering all the questions we had at that time. When we couldn't think of anything else to ask we decided to roam around and check out the other pontoon dealers. When we finished checking out all the other pontoons, my wife and I talked and decided that the only dealer we were interested in continuing discussions was with Silver Lake. The reason that we returned to Quinn was because of his genuine willingness to provide us with information. I didn't get a sense of someone trying to "sell" us something or someone pressuring us into a decision. It may sound strange but is was like sitting down with a "friend" who was more interested in us making whatever decision was right for us. The result was that we walked away a proud owner of a Premiere Pontoon boat. We have been VERY happy with the boat and can't speak highly enough of the customer service then and to this day! If I could give more than five stars I would!! My wife Julie and I just took "temporary" ownership of our new Premier Sunsation 230. Being as impatient as I am, I couldn't go all winter without tinkering with it, so Quinn went above and beyond and stuffed this huge boat in our garage. Silver lake marine is absolutely the best!! Would not consider a purchase with any other marine. We looked for a boat at several different places and their customer service exceeds all others. The time and patience Quinn and Skylar shared with us will not be forgotten. We were given time to look around and ask questions without haste. We picked up our Bryant 198 yesterday and was on the lake with Quinn. The quality and detail on the Bryant is amazing. He took so much time to make sure we all understood everything as well as drive the boat. Looking forward to storing and maintaing my boat with the at seasons end.
